History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. History: Mehen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Spy, and he later adopted a second daughter.
