His attire stands in sharp contrast to his monstrous two handed axe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length cinnamon fur. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his yellow eyes.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born into a rich family. He worked as a nervous Engraver and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Navigator but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Raam was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is greedy

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. He sports a flattop crest cut. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is a Guard first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult
