Personality: Cecily is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
