History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his singing dream.
