Description: Standing 4'1", this man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull tan iron scale mail. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the right. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
