Personality: Edge is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Orsik was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Seamstress. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Wiggens embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his daughter
