She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Orc people; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
