Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Bethrynna's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Bethrynna never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
