Description: This tall, slender woman prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She has blue eyes.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ilanis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears bulky brown painted plate armor, and is pretty ugly. Her fur is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep yellow.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Emerald lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Emerald was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Randal hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull black iron scale mail, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'9" when asserting herself. Her white hair is cut short. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is her passion; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
