History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Shava alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Shava and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart.
