History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Ruler like his father before him.

His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. A true patriot, Târz would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Târz was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Herbalist they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bookbinder, and he later adopted a second son.
