History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kelter grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a ruler and was forced into it by her family

History: She comes from a rich western family. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). Being a Sage kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
