She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: Sarai speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sarai grew up listening to her mother's many stories. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Crown-heir. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
