History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. She's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Through the years after Quelenna was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Quelenna's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
