History: She was raised in a desert tribe. A gifted student she started as a Fortune-teller, but she got bored and became a Junk Dealer. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Junk Dealer for hire.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Neega was born with her mother's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
