Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Nim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he very much looks the part of a Miner. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His copper eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miner.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against illithids

Description: An older woman who wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is long and black with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small white clips. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears an entirely brown suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His red fur is singed and shortened. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cask embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. After a long history of fighting, Cask and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he's repulsed by the pc
