Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Merla learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Merla was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She became a Mayor soon after.

She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Spy arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Thiala has worked very hard to control her curse. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Unvera grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She became a Brewer soon after.
