History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a Scribe, his father struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Ermina enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Ermina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
