History: Born in the north to a Carter, Donaar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Roland wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Roland lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He carries with him a set of monstrous two handed axes, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
