History: Born to a Tailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is dressed in earthy colors with a green and red handkerchief worn on his right side. His hair is red and curly. His eyes are likewise red. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Xappan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age his mother died while driving off some giants. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shield use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Xappan was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of giants

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Layabout but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Emmeline was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and sabotage a competitor
