Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
