History: Astar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has never given up on his music dream.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Elf, and stands approximately 5'4". She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and her gloved hand is found clutching a shortspear. Her silver hair is still thick. Her half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Merchant but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Merchant. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His head has been shaved. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He is lean but muscular and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep red leather and dull brown iron scale mail. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born in the north to a Layabout, Bertram learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by his family; and wants to work out more often
