History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Jacoba and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
