After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Synthrin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.
