A friendly and beautiful Halfling, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: Dell lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Chaedi reached her early adolescence her Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
