History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Doctor. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Doctor.

Merihim was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sellsword. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Serpent lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Serpent was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and balancing her hectic life and new doctor responsibilities is difficult
