History: Tordek was born with his father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Butcher but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Heskan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Heskan abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: She stands about 3'0" and is wearing a long, tan cloak. Her left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. Her long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Shamil never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He became a Painter soon after.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and balancing his hectic life and new painter responsibilities is difficult
