He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He bought a trident and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Theodoric was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Theodoric's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he's repulsed by the pc

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When Ogg reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
