History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Tricking was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born in the north to a Guard, Kristryd learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Kristryd was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kristryd decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
