History: Born in the south to a Soapmaker, Havilar learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.

A true patriot, Merla would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and expand her business
