History: Cimer was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He has achieved small success as a Miller.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.
