Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing. His hair is chestnut and very short. He has green eyes and a grey hat with a brown feather.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Jocelyn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Being a Mayor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.
