Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a fancy tan suit. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
