Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears bulky red painted plate armor. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: She wears a fancy violet dress. She is portly but not overly obese. With wild red hair. Her hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Beatrice hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Beatrice took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Beatrice fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: He wears a yellow coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head, and carries daggers. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Aldous's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aldous grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aldous. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he usually wears his tan robe and has his hammer always slung over his shoulder. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.

Personality: Alvyn hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.
