Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Gifted from a young age, Charles studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a shipwright and was forced into it by his family
