Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She very much looks the part of a Bellfounder. Her hair is chestnut, silky, and of moderate length. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bilga studied abroad. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She's also a talented Barrister, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bellfounder responsibilities is difficult.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His childhood dream was to be a Fortune-teller, but he was a colossal failure. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, marred by teas. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Body Guard father left him crippled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To protect his home; and to clean up the streets
