Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Howard embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Howard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Roofer for hire.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She takes great joy in being the best Baker in town.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: This man wears a fancy white suit. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on his right hand. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. His skin is flawless and his hazel eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Gnomish compassion; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Gifted from a young age, Torbera studied abroad. Her parents enrolled her in a Warlock school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and to reunite with her absent mother
