Personality: He is fixated on the number 36. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to prove his worth to the world

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has never given up on his music dream.
