History: Hirrathak lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Norman wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mortician work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mortician work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.
