History: He was born in a small plains village. Alex liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Mumpena hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he dresses like a well dressed Sage does. His red hair is lengthy. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gnarsh grew up listening to his father's many stories. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Voice: Dark and ominous

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a quarterstaff on his belt. He carries a battered trident and tarnished quarterstaff as well. His long brown hair reaches down to his waist. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
