Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Shepherd. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Lance was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: She stands about 4'9" and wears a tan costume with the symbols of death on her torso. Her right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. Her hair is auburn and curly. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Andraste lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by her family; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
