History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She worked as a nervous Weaver and found it very stressful. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Kite lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Interpreter, but he got bored and became a Armorer. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
