Description: She wears a white coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon her head. Her blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Bilga took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up kukri and armor she uses now. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Her blue hair is heavily combed to the left. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has taken up work as a Sellsword and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
