Personality: Hubert is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Jeweler they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Soapmaker, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.
