History: Gifted from a young age, Mella studied abroad. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Born in the north to a Spy, Arnold learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
