She carries with her a set of rapiers on her belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Cartwright business.

History: Eloise was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate.
