History: Born in the west to a Locksmith, Vepar learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Miner, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Carter soon after.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Locksmith. She became a Locksmith soon after.
