Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Detective born in the past three hundred years. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Cloud was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Detective for the past few years.
