Description: He is scrawny and has patchy white fur. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a hunchback. His white fur is greasy and uncared for. This copper eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This western woman wears dull black sweaters, loose yellow pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed spear, just in case. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her dark red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she's repulsed by the pc

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Mercenary, but he got bored and became a Jeweler. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Taklinn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
