Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Dwarves. Her skin is dark but she possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. She wears her golden hair up. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She was born in the east. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kathra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others.

She has dyed her greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She has all her life been fascinated with painting.
History: Born in the south to a Cook, Millicent learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has achieved small success as a Cook.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She usually wears her tan robe and has her longbow always slung over her shoulder. She has no hair. Her eyes are hazel and beady.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Roywyn lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Description: This light-skinned male wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a pickaxe, but if one is not available he will default to his crossbow. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His red hair is thinning but still full. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Shepherd but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was born in the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
